We’re thrilled to welcome Abbie Bradshaw as the newest member of the Homebaked CLT team.

I was born and grew up in Anfield, so my connection to the area is rooted deep. Growing up here has shaped so much of what I do today, and what I’ve always loved most about Anfield is the sense of community. It’s a place where people look out for one another and where you feel truly held by the people around you.

I’ve been a member of Homebaked CLT since 2020, so becoming part of the team feels really special and quite full circle in many ways. Over the years I’ve seen the commitment that goes into the work here and it’s something I’ve always admired.

I studied Art at Liverpool John Moores University, and over the past eight years my work has found its way into projects centred around creativity and community. I’ve always been interested in how creativity can help people connect and share stories.

As Creative Content and Storytelling Lead, I’m passionate about capturing and sharing the stories that already exist within the community, the everyday moments, voices, memories, and experiences that make the area what it is. I’m really interested in storytelling as a way of celebrating people and places, and making sure those stories are seen, heard, and valued.

There’s such a warmth and energy to Anfield, it’s full of character, humour and people who genuinely care about the place. I’m excited to be part of work that continues to support and celebrate that.
